PSB – Violence

Here’s a basic output of a PSB “VIOLENCE” disk. It’s from a Page R sequence playing back all 8 channels with the audio output recorded into the computer and mixed together. This recording has no external processing.

The Fairlight Instrument file on this disk, VIOLENCE.IN, loads the following voice files from the disk to be used with the Page R sequence, VIOLENCE.RS.

  Page R Pattern Index.This can be seen by typing “X” into the command line. It displays the pattern numbers used in a sequence.
  Here’s the Note Editing Table for Pattern 32, Voice 1. The table shows in three columns the note pitch (Key), key vlelocity (Vel), and duration time (Dur). You can see the first note in the table that is highlighted is also highlighted in the track display.
